Careful planning, clear communication
Time for your project
A successful installation starts before the tools come out. We review dimensions, products, access and the work needed so that each stage can be planned properly.
Consultations and site work are arranged by appointment. We take time to understand your requirements rather than promising immediate availability. Any site visit, additional service and related cost is agreed in advance.
Visit our planning office and showroom by appointment to discuss materials, finishes and your ideas. Plum Living samples are available in the showroom.
How to get started
01 · Describe
Send the essentials
Use our English enquiry page. Include the postcode, products or plans, room photos, access information and preferred dates.
02 · Agree
Clarify the scope
We review the request, clarify open questions and prepare a quote for the agreed work. Material supply and preparation are discussed at this stage.
03 · Schedule
Confirm the next steps
Once the scope, materials and availability are clear, the appointment can be agreed. Sending an enquiry does not automatically reserve a date.
What helps us prepare an accurate quote?
- Location and access: address, floor, lift, parking and carrying distances.
- Products and dimensions: product links, article numbers, kitchen plans or a floor plan.
- Existing conditions: photos of the room, walls, floors and relevant connections.
- Scope: assembly only, material supply, removal of existing items or additional trades.
- Timing: delivery date, preferred appointment and any completion deadline.
For larger projects, include all required services in one enquiry. We can then assess the work together.

Planning your project with POS
Can I discuss my project in English?
Yes. This service is intended for English-speaking clients. Describe your project in English using our separate enquiry page. We review your plans and photos before agreeing the scope and next steps. Most linked service pages are in German; you can still send your enquiry in English.
Do you only assemble IKEA furniture and kitchens?
No. POS assembles kitchens and furniture from different manufacturers and also provides joinery, worktop replacement, renovation, outdoor assembly and commercial project services. IKEA kitchen installation, furniture assembly and PAX wardrobes are dedicated parts of the service range.
Which areas do you cover?
Our main service area is Berlin, Potsdam and the surrounding parts of Brandenburg. Include the project postcode so we can confirm availability and travel arrangements. Larger commercial or exhibition projects are assessed individually.
How much will my project cost?
The price depends on the work, products, access, site conditions and any additional services. We prepare a project-specific quote after reviewing your information and clarifying any open questions. Where hourly work is appropriate, the basis of charging is agreed before work begins.
How do I request a quote or appointment?
Use the separate English enquiry page and open the form there. Include your address, product links or plans, photos and preferred dates. Initial enquiries for this service are handled in writing, so please use the form rather than calling. A date is confirmed only after the project scope and availability have been checked.
Tell us what you have in mind
